Olivia Harris

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both states of Arizona and Utah.

I once had a client use the analogy of fixing a car to describe therapy: therapy isn't the mechanic you call to fix your car, but rather the toolbox you use to address the car's issues to run again!  If you find yourself ready to learn how to address your patterns of fear, anxiety, and depression, I am here to offer you guidance, skills, and a nonjudgmental environment where change and transformation is possible.  My focus is primarily on women and how experience has shaped them.

I strive to create a compassionate, safe space for you to explore and express how your experiences have shaped you.  You will learn more appropriate coping skills to better manage your life as it is now.  I choose to focus on your strengths and desire to collaborate on your care to use methods that best work for you, including: CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR.

The path you are choosing to take is not an easy one, but is well worth the cost and effort.  Well done on taking the first steps to addressing your concerns head on.  I look forward to working with you as we join together on this journey of self-discovery, compassion, learning and most importantly, healing.

I am currently a self-pay private practice, however I offer Super Bills for insurance reimbursement.  Please reach out to me at oliviasharris@outlook.com for further inquiries.

Alicia Kostov

A Better Way Counseling Services

I have over 14 years’ experience in providing mental health services for diverse clients of many different cultural backgrounds. My practice places a strong emphasis on building rapport with clients, doing crisis and trauma work, and utilizing strengths-based perspectives to facilitate successful therapeutic interventions. I’ve worked extensively with military families and others suffering from PTSD (both military-related and others recovering from a traumatic experience).

My counseling style is warm and inclusive. I work hard to build a strong, safe relationship with my clients and value the perspective that my client’s have from experiencing their lives and struggles firsthand. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, which emphasizes helping clients to rebuild (or build for the first time!) a strong, connected, loving relationship with those for whom they care the most, including (but not limited to) their partner, as well as increasing their self-love. I also employ DBT and CBT depending on the needs of my client.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, parenting issues, relationship challenges,  divorce, infertility, grief, and trauma. I have worked with abuse survivors and folks who are struggling with OCD, sexual issues, and ADHD. Cultural sensitivity has been another cornerstone of my practice. I have worked with many individuals who are experiencing issues related to immigration, family of origin problems, sexuality, adoption, and more. My goal is to treat each client with the dignity and respect they deserve and to give them a safe space to explore their problems while maintaining the appropriate boundaries between therapist and client. I understand the uniqueness of each client that I serve and work to create a therapeutic plan that is tailored to each individual client I serve.

Jennifer Vandegriff

Cactus Flower Healing

Jennifer specializes in therapy for women who struggle with anxiety and perfectionism and helps them feel like they are enough. Her clients struggle like you do. Despite being motivated, compassionate, and giving, life has been painful. They have spent years trying to be a perfect mom, partner, and daughter, but always feel like they should be doing more and never measure up. Their strained relationships and fear of failing get in the way of the life they want. They aren’t the mother, partner, employee or daughter they want to be.  Jennifer is passionate about working with women because she has seen the difference that it made in her life when she worked on releasing pain and shame and learned an authentic and healthy way of being.

Jennifer uses researched treatments (EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness) to work through the pain of the past and teach new skills for coping and thriving. Like her clients, you deserve to know you are enough, as is. Feeling less stress and pressure is not out of your reach.
